Lepidopterophobia
Reading article of phobia and i found myself in category of Lepidopterophobia.  Which is fear of butterfly.
Never know it is common that some other people who fear of butterfly too. I don't feel strange now. I love colors but not the colors on butterfly. They make me feel so uncomfortable all over the place and start panic attack when seeing them flying around.

In the article :
Community for people that fear butterflies and moths is known as Lepidopterophobia. The after affect of this is anxiety which is termed as Anxiety Lepidopterophobia.
The word Lepidopterophobia dereives from the word Lepidopterans which is any of the large order (Lepidoptera) of insects comprising the butterflies, moths, and skippers that as adults have four broad or lanceolate wings usually covered with minute overlapping and often brightly colored scales and that as larvae are caterpillars.
There has been no formal nomenclature for the phobia from butterflies, they had been since a long time linked with Mottephobia (i.e. fear from Moths), or name such as Lepidopterophobia (based on Lepidopterans. )

Ways to overcome :
  • Slowly introduce yourself to the butterflies. Slowing inching closer to the object that you are afraid of will make the transition easier. Some people find that they can do this on their own, perhaps with the help of self-help books, support groups, friends and family.
  • Draw a picture of butterfly. Expose yourself to slowly to butterflies by looking at drawings, pictures or videos.
  • Talk through it. Talk with friends and family about your fear. Discuss where it comes from. It is important for your family to be supportive and truly understand Lepidopterophobia.
  • Understand that overcoming this fear won’t happen instantly. It may take months or even years for someone to overcome Lepidopterophobia.

PS : I CAN'T EVEN STARE FOR A SECOND OF A BUTTERFLY picture. I've tried my best.
